This home is close to everything; 5 min. from airport and train station, 10 min. to local beaches, 30 min. to RI ocean beaches, 10 min. to Providence, and 35 min. from Boston. Location! Location! Location! Come stay with a super host! Best of the west side/Providence sweet quiet, safe street. Lovely 1st fl. Queen bedroom and 2nd twin bedroom. Fully equipped eat in kitchen. Big, bright living rm. w big sofa for great hang out area. All cotton linens, original art, hardwoods and oriental rugs! No need for a car, within walking distance to 20 eateries and restaurants and less than a mile to downtown. Liquor store, mini-mart, laundromat & bakery around the corner.

Lovely private setting near beach

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are pet friendly.
