Lovely rooms at a nice price

Our rooms, each with private bathroom, are in a newly built extension of a typical sardinian home in the centre of the seaside town of Palau, the ideal location to visit the beautiful islands of the Archipelago of La Maddalena, Porto Pollo and the numerous beaches of Gallura and the Costa Smeralda. Palau's sandy beaches and rocky coves are all within a radius of 500 metres and being so centrally located we are near to the shops, the harbour, open air cinema (july and august), evening market (mid june to mid september), restaurants, bars and gelaterie. From the harbour you can take a day trip to Europe's most beautiful islands and beaches, the arcipelago of La Maddalena, or rent a boat, or take the ferry to La Maddalena. Porto Rafael, Porto Pollo and Isola dei Gabbiani are all a few minutes by car (Palau offers a shuttle if you don't have your own transport) We are within 30 minutes driving from the Costa Smeralda, San Pantaleo and Santa Teresa di Gallura. The Port and Airport at Olbia and the Port at Golfo Aranci are 45 minutes driving. Please don't hesitate to contact me to request actual availability as we have 3 guest rooms in all each with private bathroom ensuite.

Olbia , l'appartamento è ubicato nelle immediate vicinanze di viale A.Moro,zona tranquilla e silenziosa,a pochi passi dalle fermate dei bus urbani ed extraurbani,banche,ufficio postale,negozi,farmacie,ristoranti e pizzerie,parcheggio auto sempre disponibile.Ho il piacere di accogliere i miei ospiti in tre ampie camere matrimoniali climatizzate,ogni camera dispone di un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo,su richiesta anche una culla, ambiente adatto a chi intende piacevolmente rilassarsi.Un ampia zona giorno comune,arredata con comodi divani,una ricca biblioteca con libri di vario genere che spaziano da argomenti sull'arte , ai classici , alla medicina alternativa etc... quadri,foto artistiche alle pareti, pavimenti in parquet ricoperti da antichi tappetti persiani che rendono l'atmosfera della casa avvolgente e accogliente,stereo e tv.Colazione all'italiana,anche gluten free e vegan. Facilmente raggiungibile dal porto e dall'aeroporto,a soli pochi minuti dalle migliori spiagge , a soli 15 minuti dalla Costa Smeralda e da Porto Rotondo. Atmosfera accogliente ,artistica e positiva è tutto ciò che riserviamo per i nostri graditi ospiti.

Room Italia is located on the 2nd floor and is big and spacious provided with 1 double bed and 2 twin beds. Private bathroom but not ensuite next to the living room. It is perfect and suitable for families or friends. Italia room has got a small balcony on XX Settembre street, one of the most important street all over the city center. Airconditioning, tv, wifi in room.
