Hot Spot on Comal River. Best Location in town.

This condo is about 50 yards from the beautiful year round 72 degree Comal River and about three blocks from central New Braunfels. The place is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests. Always free off street parking (two vehicle maximum) and limited covered parking on first come first serve basis. Nice elevator a few steps away. There will be an additional $40 per animal (total) Pet Fee that you will be charged after booking. No extra guests or visitors unless approved by owner.

Hello we are the Stevens, the NEW OWNERS of the Tree Top Haus since July 2022!! We would like to invite you to Escape to the end of a private road, where the ambiance is serene and relaxing with plenty of space.
