For our own use, we offer our approximately 200 years old, refurbished cabin. Here, alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage has an area of around 50 square metres and is the perfect place to stay for four. It is situated on a sunny slope. This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltaler Gletscherbahn and many destinations for hiking, climbing, ski/hiking skiing, canoeing and much more. The old mill in beautiful nature overlooking the mountains has been lovingly renovated and has comfortable space for 6 with its 120 sqm of living space. The house is quiet and alone and has a fully sunny, invisible terrace and a wildly romantic garden by the creek. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped country house kitchen, living room with fireplace, large dining table, cozy large sofa and TV corner. Fantastic mountain idyll, wonderful views of Hohen Göll, Watzmann, Kalter Untersberg,... , full day sun, a very special place. It is not for nothing that the opening sequence of "Sound of music" was filmed here...bathroom, kitchen high-quality and new, equipment cozy and traditional. Suitable for families with children or a family with grandparents. Please note: 2 beds are cots(185x85), one bedroom is a walk-through room. Chickens, sheep, cats, bullrush on the mountains!

We have broken our heads as we can create the greatest possible sense of well-being. The goal was to come in and feel good, while enjoying the great view of the sermon chair in the best possible way. The Knusperhäuschen is located at 700 meters with a view over the Salzachtal, about 5 km from Golling, 25 km from Salzburg. The log cabin is esconced in nature, surrounded by forest and meadows. Also ideal for dog owners. A small guesthouse is nearby and can be used for breakfast. You'll love my place because of the healthy wood construction, tasteful kitchen-living room, tiled stove, quiet location, terrace, fantastic views, fresh air. My place is nice for couples.

100 years old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt with us at the organic mountain farm. Special care has been taken to the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a thermal solar system, the bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75m2) served us as a residence for 10 years.

Romantic little hut right on the edge of the forest with in-house sheep. Austria PURE feeling! Come with a whole group or as a couple and enjoy the silence. We deliberately refrain from using Wi-Fi TVs and co. At the large gravel parking lot in front of the hut you can make a campfire and grill with our tripod with grill grate. After that, settle in with soothing creek noise.
