We live in the farmhouse on the property, at the end of a quiet dirt road, with lovely tranquility and rural surroundings. We are a family with 2 children. Cozy old cottage in the first row. The garden goes directly down to the beach. The original house is old but well maintained. The newly built conservatory, which has a direct view of the sea, makes the house a pleasure all year round. Please note that the rooms are small and what we describe as an annex, for lack of a better word, can only be considered an extra bedroom that is 8 meters from the main house. The price includes consumption of electricity, water and heat.
