Inside the living room, with its big window on the sea, you’ll find a double sofa bed, two armchairs, dining table, TV and Air Conditioning. The two bedrooms feature a private bathroom with shower and a direct access to an amazing and peaceful garden. The big spaces and the smart disposition of the villa allows you to easily set up lunch and dinners both inside and outside the property, where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets on the sea. During the stay I provide my guests with my phone number. I’m always reachable and willing to give any information about the properties or tips regarding a places to visit eat, visit and enjoy the island. Nelle immediate vicinanze parcheggio, fermata autobus, stazione taxi, supermarket, ristorantini, bar e negozietti tipici. The bus stop for Forio is just 200 meters from the house while the one to reach the other places on the island is just over 600 meters. Daily trips from the port of Forio leave for boat trips to the nearby islands or to the mainland The Villa is located not far from the center of Forio and the touristic port. It can accommodate up to 7 people. The exclusive location allows easy access to the island's most beautiful and significant attractions, such as the Negombo Spa, the Poseidon Spa and the La Mortella gardens. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. The beautiful town of Forio it’s just 2 km from the villa is: with its narrow streets, craft shops, restaurants and clubs, it’s definitely a place to be in the island. Don’t forget to visit the famous Chiesa del Soccorso and the Torrione, and enjoy a pleasant day at the Poseidon spa.

My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in shopping centre, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

My chalet is less than 1km from the center of Forio, from the public transport that connects Forio with all the other municipalities. The nearest beaches are Cava on the island, Citara where there is also the Poseidon thermal park, Chiaia. 100 meters away is a kiosk with a descent to the sea for breakfast lunch and amazing sunset aperitifs! The village is well served, shops, supermarkets, fish market,bar,pubs and restaurants! Ideal for a couple's stay!

The apartment is a stone's throw from the sea, from chiaiolella beach, where you can enjoy the sun from dawn to dusk!Nearby there are all the main services from the restaurant to the supermarket and many other small shops . The house is also very well connected to all other areas of the island. My accommodation is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with children) and furry friends (pets).

BLUE SEA ... AND THIS IS A CHARM!

My accommodation is close to the nightlife, public transport and the city center. You will like my accommodation for these reasons: the views, intimacy and posizione.I our apartments with sea view, located directly on the sand, can comfortably accommodate 4 people. They have the advantage of being in a strategic location on the island ... and you fall asleep with only the music of the waves!
