The apartment has a full bathroom and another single toilet. En pleno Centro Histórico de Valencia, a 50 metros de la Plaza de la Reina, Catedral , Lonja, y Mercado Central, espectacular apartamento muy luminoso, muy moderno y lujoso de 2 habitaciones y 100 m2 de superficie, una principal con una cama de 1.60 x 2.00 m con un vestidor muy grande y otra habitación doble con dos camas individuales y un pequeño vestidor + cocina premium + 1 baño y 1 aseo y 3 balcones abiertos a la calle En Bou. Edificio totalmente rehabilitado. La vivienda además posee varios premios de arquitectura y ha sido publicada en varias revistas de diseño. La vivienda está en la segunda planta de un edificio de 3 plantas. Solo existe un vecino por planta. El edificio no dispone de ascensor aunque dispone de una escalera muy ancha y cómoda. El apartamento dispone de un salón muy grande con sofa de 2.40 metros, la cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos, lavadora, secadora, horno, microhondas, lavavajillas, placa de cocina de gas y de inducción, todos los electrodomesticos de la cocina son de alta gama o premium plus. The house, in a completely renovated building, consists of a bedroom with double bed 140 x 2m, bathroom, living room very bright with sofa bed 140 and fully equipped kitchen. It has two balconies with large windows to the main facade, where thanks to the climate of Valencia allows you to have breakfast, eat and dine outdoors for much of the year. Do not worry about anything, you will find everything you need: clean sheets and towels, hair dryer, soap, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, coffee, tea ... so you can relax and enjoy your visit in a cozy and quiet apartment located in the street of the baskets of the historical center of the city. It is a pedestrian street with a lot of charm, with traditional handmade shops of basketry and wood, very lively by the day, but at the same time very quiet and silent at night, without cars or bars. In addition, thanks to the unbeatable location in the old town, between the Central Market (1min), Silk Exchange (1min) and the Town Hall Square (1min), allows you to walk to the main attractions of the city in less than 5 min. The Malvarrosa beach is 15 minutes away, with the Metro from Xátiva and Colon station (5min) and transshipment on the Tram. If you wish to visit the City of Arts and Sciences you can take the Bus (15min). In addition, there is a bike rental less than 1 minute away, to explore the city or to reach the Jardines del Real or the Turia River Garden, the "Central Parc" of València in 5 minutes. The old River Turia's garden is a green belt that connects the whole city, where you can spend the day strolling under the shade of the trees while touring and visiting different monuments until you reach the City of Arts and Sciences. It is very easy to get to the apartment since the Xàtiva metro stop with direct connection to the airport and the train station are 5 min. I will be happy to receive you at any time of the day. Central flat with sunny terrace

The flat is very well located, only 3 minutes from the "Plaza de la Virgen", one of the main squares in Valencia, in the center of the old town "El Carmen". The flat has a big and beautiful south terrace over viewing the old town. A sunshade makes it the perfect place to eat during almost the whole year. Even though the flat lies in the heart of the city, it is very quiet and peaceful. The flat consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and one with two single beds, a living room, a bathroom and a kitchen. The sofa in the living room can be transformed into another double bed. Furthermore, we can provide a small cot for babies. Both bedrooms have a ventilator in the ceiling. The kitchen is well equipped with all basics, a Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, water-cooker and all big electrical devices. The flat has a good WIFI connection and air-conditioning. Towels and bedclothes are available. The location of the flat is very comfortable, all main sites are within walking distance. There are many great restaurants within a radius of 10 minutes walking (I provide a small booklet with the best restaurants in the sourroundings). The party area is also right around the corner. The central market is only 10 minutes walking and the big park of Valencia, the dry Turia river, is only 5 minutes away. One of the main conecting street lies very close and taxis to the airport can easily reach the flat. The train station is also easily reached in 20 minutes walk or 7 minutes in Taxi.

Restored house with design decoration in the old quarter of Valencia, behind the Towers of Serranos, it is a complete and independent detached house with living room on the ground floor, kitchen on the first floor, 2 double bedrooms on the second and third floor with separate toilet and independent shower, air conditioning in kitchen and bedrooms. Terrace on the 4th floor. There is no wifi. Not children or people with mobility difficulties due to the stairs it has.
