Two levels: upper level is an attic open space, lower level has bathroom, kitchen, living area and balcony. 6 beds (1 queen size and 2 single beds @ upper level / 1 double sofa bed @ lower level). TV with DVD player, washing machine, microwave, kitchenette. Nice view on the Maddalena's Archipelago, 5 minutes walk from the town and from other beaches, shops, restaurants, kids area and the harbour (get a ferry to Maddalena).

Outside in the property courtyard with a easement of passing outside there It's the laundry room and the freezer. It is a village house that I have renovated without having its characteristics,it has a kitchenette with two induction fires, smart TV in the living room and the Wifi connection.
