Nicely furnished,full equipped with air condition, a big outside private pool with hydromassage ( 3.5x11 m) and kitchen area with accessories. The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house. Comfortable beachfront apartment with 180 degree sea view from rooftop terrace and free parking right outside the front door. Aircondition, satellite TV and wifi. The apartment is one of two units in our house in the beach area of Otranto, about 50 meters from the water. Historic center on foot in just 10 minutes. Please note that there is an additional city tax to be payd on arrival, currently 1 euro per person (over 12) per night, in july and august 1,50 euro per person per night.

Without every noise, it allows peace and relaxation at all hours of the day. Completely self-contained. Three bathrooms, one with a closed shower, one with an open shower. The third bathroom on the terrace can be used in summer. If you want to use the second bedroom, even if there are 2 of you, you will have to pay a surcharge of €30 per day.
