SEA VIEWS & SOUND OF WAVES "wifi"

Greetings from Cubelles!! This is an apartment provided with excellent sea views, located in front of the sea! It has two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds wich can be put together to get one double bed, in the living there is a confortable sofa which turns into a double bed. The marriage bedroom disposes of directs views towards the sea and views towards the people walking on the maritime path. The bathroom has got a bath and the kitchen is equipped with a microwave-oven and other necessary tools for you to use during your stay in our apartment! The kitchen is directly linked to the living room, where we find an amazing folding leather sofa and a Led TV of 42 pulgates connected to a sunny terrace with unbeatable sea views! Its situation is unimprovable, seeing that below 100 metres, we find supermarkets, an apotheke and restaurants. The train station is at about just 10 minutes walking, so it's not far! If you want to travel by train to Barcelona, there are 45 minutes from Cubelles to BCN, and you can catch a train every 30 minutes. You may want to go to Sitges; the ride will take you 15 minutes and moreover, you can also travel to Tarragona or Port Aventura! This will take you 1 hour more or less. Only remember that each train passes every 30 minutes!!! My apartment has a free parking available with enough space for a car. EQUIPMENT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE • TV 42 " (inches), LED screen, high definition (HD). • Satellite ASTRA with interactive WI-FI, high definition (HD), you can browse a multitude of channels in multiple languages, and 8 channels of CANAL+. • Blue-ray DVD player. • WI -Fi high speed. • Fully equipped kitchen: Oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron , etc. Kitchen tools, saucepans, pots, dishes and all kind of cutleries (knives, forks and spoons). • Heating. • Washing machine • Linen and fresh towels for the required number of guests, and a hairdryer too. • Gel , shampoo , dish soap, toilet paper, etc. When you book we email you directions from the airport to the apartment from either the train or bus. The apartment is an annex to a large house, which is located on a hillside high above the idyllic village of Cabrils, 30 min. by car from Barcelona along the coast. It has a large terrace with direct access to a garden with a magnificent 10 x 5 meter pool with spectacular views of the Mediterranean and is surrounded by natural park with beautiful hiking trails. XIII, rehabilitated with historical criteria; It is located 80 km from Barcelona, in a natural environment, surrounded by fields and forests, energetically sustainable and with an incredible indoor pool and a soccer field. The use of the jacuzzi will be affected according to the drought emergency states established by the government of Catalonia. As of 05/07/2024, the emergency phase has been lifted and its use is possible.

Nice independent apartment with two bedrooms, located 10 minutes from Barcelona (Sarría) and 5 minutes from Sant Cugat, in the Natural Park of Collserola. Well connected by metro and bus. Note: Our place is not suitable for infants under 2 years old. It's a 10 to 15-minute walk to La Floresta station. We have 2 bedrooms with double beds: one 140 cm wide and one 160 cm wide. Sleeping arrangements depend on the group's comfort with sharing beds.
