Top floor end unit with large (private) wrap around balcony giving views of the ocean and bay! (54th street Bayside, 1 block from the beach). This 2 bedroom/2 bath is nicely furnished and can accommodate 8 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with full sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, whirlpool tub, central A/C, cable and wifi. Location is perfect for walking to restaurants, miniature golf, shops and nightlife. Rental includes: pool/Hot tub, fitness center,two parking spots.

It’s clean, comfy, stylish, full of amenities & in a great location. Great WiFi, 3 TVs with cable, DVD, well stocked kitchen & stunning ocean view with large balcony. Top floor has indoor pool, fitness room, sauna & game room. Outdoor pool, tiki bar, gift shop, market & deli open weather permitting in May and then daily by Memorial Day.

Sea Colony Premier Family Resort

Sea Colony is a beach/tennis resort. There are 10 swimming pools, 4 at the beach. The Fitness Center is new and has an indoor and outdoor pool. The Tennis Center has hard and soft courts as well as 6 indoor courts. The condo is on the East side which is a 10 minute scenic walk to beach. If one brings or rents bicycles, there are a number of paths which are safe and one can ride to beach in 5 minutes.
