- Fully Furnished - 2 bedroom 3 beds, 1 bath house - Wood burning fireplace - Internet and cable TV - East and west decks & hot tub overlooking lake - Kitchen fully equipped - Laundry on first floor - There is a private beach behind the house but access is limited depending on the weather and lake levels ovrflow beach. The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment a comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.
