A 15-minute level stroll along the seafront promenade leads to Deal town. Buses into Deal, Sandwich, Canterbury, Dover and beyond stop a few metres from the cottage. Deal's award winning High Street and train station are also only a 15 minute stroll away. With pubs, cafés, and local shops selling basic provisions on the doorstep. Walmer Green is a few paces away from the apartment and throughout the summer provides the backdrop for weekly events such as the annual antiques brocante, funfair, vintage car and motorbike displays, food market.

Under an hour from London, located on top of a hill, the cottage has magic views over surrounding fields. With footpaths from the door, the options for walks are endless - 3 castles & 7 pubs within an hours walk (the closest, is just 15 minutes walk across the field). Bay Cottage is a beautiful 18th century cottage located in the heart of the of Broadstairs. The beach, shops and restaurants are only 2 minutes walk away. We are happy to accept dogs but we ask for guests not to allow them upstairs in the bedrooms. An additional pet fee of £25.00 will be requested on booking. The cottage has a large enclosed rear patio garden. Free parking is available 2 minutes walk away on the Eastern Esplanade.
