Spacious 4 1/2 room apartment with 98sqm space

Centrally located, everything important can be reached within minutes. Good access to traffic and public transport with nearby bus stop, yet very quiet. On foot you are in 10 minutes in the center of Ascona. In the additional fees, the additional fees are mandatory. Tourist taxes included. Please make sure to observe check-in instructions via app or Airbnb website, all information including Pictures are visible there. Unfortunately, there are no PP on the premises, but paid public blue zones are nearby.

My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 min walk. Bus station "Cimitero" (cemetery) is 50m from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 min by car. The apartment has been completed in 2016 It is small (28 square meters) but nice (consistently new high-quality equipment). The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
