The house has 1 bedroom private double bed, 1 bathroom and kitchen -living room with a sofa-bed. Bed linen and towels are included and arrival you will receive a welcome basket. The property features its own garden and animals such as donkeys and dogs. The pool is shared with the owners of the property. It has a shower, sun loungers, barbecue and relaxing area to enjoy a pleasant meal. The lush vegetation that surrounds it will give you fresh and shade if you wish. It has children's play area. The concept of The Beach House is to allow travellers to experience local life of Arguineguin whilst enjoying tasteful finish and comfort. - Seafront location - Fully renovated in 2016 - Ground floor (~40 m2) - Private terrace - Double bed - Sofa bed in living area - Dishwasher - Gas stove - Oven - Air Conditioning Sleeping arrangements: one double bed in the sleeping area, sofa bed that sleeps two in the main living space. There are no closed off rooms in this open plan studio apartment apart from the 3 piece bathroom. - Free parking in the area - Bus stop 3 minutes away - Many restaurants and bars nearby - Supermarkets in walking distance - Pharmacies and Doctors in the area Prime location with beautiful views over the Atlantic Ocean and the newly renovated beach right outside! This beautifully designed studio apartment is situated in the very local fishermen's hub. Arguineguin is situated in the south west of the island and easily reached by bus number 91, which will take you from the airport directly to Arguineguin. To explore the southern coastline and Las Palmas, public transport is very good. To discover the center of the island, we do recommend renting a car.

Lovely and refurbished apartment with stunning sea view situated in a quiet apartment complex in the quiet part of Puerto Rico, Agua de la Perra. VV-approved. The apartment has free wifi, smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom, living room and terrace. This and our other apartment, have the best location in the complex, the access is very easy; there are no stairs (unlike other apartments in the complex) and very close to the free parking, which is hard to find in Puerto Rico.
