beautiful contemporary villa with pool

Charming house, offering calm, serenity and wide open spaces. Ideal for holidays for families or groups of friends where everyone can enjoy indoor and outdoor comforts. 200 meters from the center , 300 meters from the port , 450 meters from the beach, and a short walk to the bike path. The swimming pool is heated from mid-May to late September and secured , with a 1 meter beach for the little ones with a very nice outdoor terrace. The villa is completely air-conditioned ( thermostats in each room)

Very quiet architect villa with pool.

Modern house 700 m from the C line of the tram that serves Saint Jean train station 20 minutes, the quays of Bordeaux, the city center and the Cité du Vin. Tastefully decorated, very comfortable, it has two terraces l one to have a meal and the other for the aperitif in front of his pool while being sheltered from the sun under 2 pergolas. All rooms overlook the enclosed garden. The ground floor is 110 m2 to welcome you with ease, the bedroom 21 m2 and the bathroom 8 m2 with a walk-in shower.
