Cozy house for 1, 2 or a small family

Family-friendly house first in garden association at Amager, Copenhagen. Open environment where community is paramount. Simple decor, 50 gallons of water heater provide one bath at a time. Optimal for couples/2 adults + children. Garden with trampoline. Close to shopping and on bus. 4 km from airport, 5 km to city center. 1 km to Fields, metro and train station Ørestad. You are welcome the periods when we do not use the house ourselves 😊 I have good hosting experience from my apartment in the city and have therefore got the courage to rent out our house as well.

Quiet townhouse close to downtown, nature and beach

Family-friendly and charming house on a very quiet road in a unique neighborhood. The house is spacious and has a private garden with a sunny terrace. A lovely place to enjoy the tranquility after a day of experiences. It's a small oasis with plenty of space for relaxation and coziness just 4 metro stops from the heart of Copenhagen. Not far from the house is also Amager beach and Royal Arena. You'll be joined by Murphy, our sweet cat, who wants to be fed once a day. There is easy free parking about 150 meters from the house.

Brand new heatet guesthouse. It's like a hotel - only more quiet. The guest house consists of a combined living room with TV (chromecast) and bed room with a separate bathroom. Close proximity to downtown Copenhagen with Copenhagen attractions within biking distance and a number of bus routes within walking distance. At the same time only 4 km/2.5 miles from Copenhagen Airport making it a perfect base for both tourists and business travellers. Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood

You can live in this private, modern and charming aparment, close to the airport ( 3 km - 5 min. Car ), with your own entrance, and key box for easy check-in. From 1 to 4 persons. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sleeping couch, and a modern kitchen with washer and dryer. The bathroom is renovated and new. The apartment is 80 m2 and in the lower part of the house, totally separated and quiet. There is a beautiful courtyard with table and chairs where you can enjoy your privacy.

Very suitable for 1 - 2 couples/2 adults + two children. Maintained house with garden close to the center of Copenhagen, Bellacentret, Royal Arena, Amager Strandpark and green areas. Allergy-friendly home of 80 square meters. with a new large bedroom with access to the terrace. Small guest room with a single bed that can be pulled out for a double bed. Quiet area with good neighbors and playground close by. Our home is very personal with beautiful details. Free coffee, tea, sugar, etc.

Modern townhouse, located in a green area, close to the city center and the beach, with great access to public transportation. The house is from 2015 and part of an association of terraced houses with a child-friendly environment. On 118sqm over 3 levels you find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room and a specious kitchen with sofa. The outdoor area includes a balcony and a backyard with outdoor furniture. WiFi can be provided, but please contact me before booking.

Nice and newly renovated basement of a villa with private entrance. Located close to a Flintholm Metro station. Bedroom with closet, dresser and a small table. New kitchen with stove, oven and fridge. Private bathroom and toilet with access to washer and dryer. The area includes bedroom, kitchen, shower and toilet. There is a livingroom/tv-room that can be shared with the host as agreed. Very central in a quiet neighborhood close to public transportation and a nice park.

Really nice, bright and cozy house 115sqm, with a fantastic 80sqm wooden terrace and great garden! The whole house is at your disposal, so make yourself at home. Small, modern house in charming and quiet urban community (in Danish: helårs-haveforening) in walking distance to the metro that will take you to the city center in 9 minutes. Other important distances, 10 minutes’ walk to the lovely natural resort Amager Faelled; 15 minutes to the congress center Bella Center; and 25 minutes to Royal Arena.10 minutes by car to the very nice beach at Amager Strandpark that also offers kayaks; minigolf; cafés etc.

Charming house close to downtown

Bright and friendly house with a lovely secluded garden. An oasis of relaxation after the day's experiences. Located in quiet area. Free parking. 4 min walk to Mozart Metro station. 4 km to city center. Short distance to green parks and bathing water. There is a cozy little playground 2 min walk from the house. In one bedroom the bed is 180x200, in the other bed/sofa bed is 140x200. The sofa in the living room can act as an extra bed
