Altefähr - Seebad auf Rügen am Strelasund

The seaside resort of Altefähr is located on Germany's largest island of Rügen, on the Strelasund and connected directly to the historic port city of Stralsund opposite almost all year round by ferry. The house is part of the holiday park Sonnengarten, just two years old and with state-of-the-art equipment. Our house half has over 80 square meters on two floors, making it the largest type of house, which can accommodate five people. Altefähr is a place for water sports, anglers, any form of active vacation - and beach.

Our extraordinary and very spacious apartment (180 sqm) is located in a renovated store in the heart of the old town. It can accommodate 6 adults. The open ground floor with kitchen, living area, dining area, library, guest toilet and terrace invites you to relax. The first floor houses 3 large bedrooms, one of them with bathroom ensuite, as well as 1 further bathroom. In two of the bedrooms, a baby bed or a folding bed for larger children can be set up (€10/ extra bed/ night).

We rent our newly built, modern Reethaus. The house was completed in August 2017 and is picturesquely located directly on the Focker Strom. The furnishings are modern, in Scandinavian style and generously equipped. Our house combines ecological construction, tradition and modern Scandinavian style. Attention: The photos of our listing are used by scammers who have created a fake listing on eBay classifieds. The police are informed, we only rent via Airbnb.

Güterloft Altef

Güterloft Altefähr was built in 1936 to the Altefähr train station, which has existed since 1883. It served as a storage and recharging station and was extensively renovated in 2022. As far as the preservation of monuments allows, sustainability and accessibility were taken into account during the renovation, so the building is equipped with a heat pump and can be accessed with low barriers via its renewed ramp.
