Second row view to the sea. 1 min to the beach

You can enjoy peace with the whole family in this wonderful place. It is only a ten minute drive to the island of Cunda and only a hundred meters to the beach. Our villa, which will allow you to have a spacious and comfortable vacation with approximately 150 square meters of balcony and terrace, three kilometers to the center of Ayvalık, no parking problem, suitable for conservative families. There are two double three single beds and a sofa bed that can turn into bed. A crib and high chair are provided if desired. All rooms also have air conditioning.

A bohemian two-story house on a parallel alleyway to Horse Cars Square,very calm, 100 m from Palabahçe, walking distance to all the organic products located in the bakery,butcher and bazaar. There are old houses on the street, but when you enter the house, you will enter another world. It takes 10 minutes to get to Cunda and Sarımsaklı from the back road. There are 4 parking lots around. Climatized with Qubishi air conditioning. Parking close by car on Thursday is possible in the evening, a market is established.

There is a Sand Island in Altınova which is very rare in the world. Access to the blue flag beach here is provided by a pedestrian bridge 700 m from our villa. You can find organic foods from the field in this most important olive center of Turkey. There are many famous beaches,natural beauties,historical places to see in the vicinity.

A duplex with air conditioning, garden, in Ayvalık Cunda Island.

The bed capacity of our house is for 6 people and each room has air conditioning. The location is a 2-minute walk to the sea and a 10-minute walk to the center of Cunda. There is only a sun lounger fee on the private beach of the site, but since the beach is empty, you can also swim without entering the private beach. Children can also easily enter as the inside of the sea is sand and gradually deepening. Different prices apply to holidays, long-term rentals and stays for more than 6 people.
