Greek house with terrace and inner garden in the center of Ayvalik

The house is located in the neighbourhood of Sakarya, one of the most central places of Ayvalık. Two-minute walk from the bazaar and the sea. It's also in a location with no noise at all. The interior area of the house is a total of 85m2, plus the upper floor has a terrace with partial sea views and an interior garden downstairs. We can accommodate up to two people. Our guests can benefit from the room with the fireplace downstairs, the bathroom and the interior garden. Since there are many parking lots near the house, there are no parking issues.

Lunaria Guest House Stone Family Room

Our hotel is composed of two conjoined buildings built by late 1800s. With 13 rooms, a terrace, and a large garden, it is a comfortable and cozy house. In the garden there is an ancient historical tap, and another separate garden for the Deluxe Room that had served as a kitchen for the guest house for many years. There exists two cisterns, one in the kitchen by the entrance, and another in the garden. The old masonry of the house is reinforced by wood framing and the original grout from Rumelia.
