Charming newly renovated apartment for up to 4 people. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people. It has all the basic utensils to spend a comfortable and pleasant stay. It's situated in a quiet area, where you'll find all the amenities you need in the distance. Supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, taxis... By car, you are only 10 minutes away from El Duque beach and five minutes away from the spectacular "Barranco del Hell" trail.

Beautiful apartment, modern, comfortable, bright and very well-equipped . With community pool, Wifi, Smart TV. Channels from all over the world. Very close to the X Sur shopping center, and the Mercadona and Hiperdino supermarkets, 1 km from the water parks and less than 1 km one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Bus stop at the Gate. You can enjoy the use of the air conditioning for an extra payment during your stay!!
