Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

I offer this bright and quiet studio (25m2) with basic amenities: (Wifi, Netflix TV, Microwave & oven ...) In a residence facing the Canal de l 'Ourcq, the studio is 10 min from the Ourcq metro (Line 5), 5 minutes walk from the Parc de la Villette, in a dynamic and lively neighborhood. Charming Studio with Canal View

A jewelry district of Paris which was my favorite, both young and family, perfect for a weekend getaway for two couples or groups of friends. There are many cultural highlights of Paris such as the Philharmonie, the Canal de l 'Ourcq and the Buttes Chaumont. Many bars and restaurants, ideal to find yourself in an atmosphere of Parisian youth. 3 metro lines serve the district which take in 15 min max door to door to the Sacré Coeur, Opera or the Marais.

Old apartment of 63 m2, quiet, for 4 people, beautiful volume, old parquet floor and a beautiful 35 m2 terrace, opposite Parc des Buttes-Chaumont. We live in this apartment, we entrust it to you. It's on the 1st floor, in a building from the 1930s, quiet, well kept. There is a digicode, a caretaker, two small elevators. Please be a party, no pets. There are numerous food shops very close by.
